“Where to begin. The owners are wonderful, they were so helpful and ready to jump in and help. From pre-wedding services to the day of craziness. Nancy, Heidi and the rest of the staff were just great. The venue itself is just beautiful. You can tell how much work went into every detail of it. It is so nice that you can keep the centerpieces and decoration at minimal and it will still look elegant. They also have lots of decorations and signs they’ll let you use. I wish I could get married again! Lol”

There is plenty of space in the reception room, a beautiful back patio, a big front porch (which looks amazing during the wedding exit), and a beautiful outdoor ceremony space. We love the arches and the pond in the background. There is a beautiful bridal room, a grooms room, big guest bathrooms, a built in bar, and a buffet room. The venue has many, many wedding items that you are able to borrow for your wedding! Including two Instax cameras that we decided to use for our guestbook! We had to have both the ceremony and reception inside, and with the help of the venue staff and my bridal party/groomsmen the transition went really well and fast! The bridal suite is gorgeous, the bright white interior is the perfect blank canvas, and the venue has so many decorations that you can use, which is SO helpful. The outdoor patio space is perfect for cocktail hour and the built-in bar is so pretty! The windows inside are beautiful and look amazing in the few ceremony photos I’ve gotten back so far. Overall an amazing venue with super responsive staff. I couldn’t be happier to have chosen this as my wedding venue!”

“This was the very first venue my husband and I looked at. My husband fell in love with it right away! He agreed to it before I could. I absolutely loved everything about it. It’s breath taking beautiful! My guest all complemented on how beautiful it was and how beautiful the wedding was. I had roughly around 160 guest and they were able to move around comfortably. My guest really enjoyed the outdoor games they provide and my bridesmaids loved the bridal suite. My husband and groomsmen enjoyed the hidden groomsmen room. Everything was absolutely beautiful! “September 14th will go down as one of the most perfect days ever! Much of that is due to the overwhelming beauty, flowing functionality, and helpful staff at Venue 311. Being in ministry has allowed us to take part in hundreds of wedding days…this, by far, was the BEST and easiest …and we were parents of the groom! The design, function and beauty of this facility along with all of the extras in way of furnishings and decorations made for a perfect day! The weather even cooperated, but Venue 311 had a plan should we need to move indoors. The kitchen alone was amazing since we served the meal ourselves. The Bridal Suite was OVER THE TOP. The guys enjoyed their space… I think I could even do another wedding (with the help of my friends), but that was the last of our children to wed…. Thank you Venue 311 for creating such a wonderful event center.”

“Venue 311 was the perfect place for Sarah’s vision of an outdoor wedding to become a reality. The attention to detail that the owners have designed into the venue is truly exceptional! After your guest’s park, they will find a beautiful walkway that leads to the outdoor chapel. The electric lamp posts on either side not only illuminate the path, they are also perfect for accenting with floral accents, ribbons or even photos of the bride and groom, as your guests stroll and enjoy the countryside. The banquet room is a large open space, easy for space planning, complete with elegant yet simple chandeliers that accent the beautiful architectural details of the building. Whatever your wedding decor, from modern to rustic, to anything in between, you will find Venue 311 to be the perfect backdrop to create your vision. One room, worthy of separate review is the well-designed large, yet intimate, dining room that is thoughtfully placed to one side of the banquet room. From a wedding planner’s perspective, it minimized the last-minute sound and activity of the caterers setting up the buffet food lines; while the wedding guests were served appetizers in the banquet room. Then when dinner was ready, the stunning wood barn doors opened and guests went into the intimate dining room to receive their salad and main course . Other highlights were the attention to detail in the groom’s room and the bride’s room, which are simply too many to mention, so you will just need to go visit and see why, I look forward to my next event at Venue 311.
